Capture & convert

Find the businesses that need you. Give them a page worth landing on.

  • ✓Lead Finder surfaces local businesses with no social presence or open job posts. Connect a data key and autopilot takes over: it scores them and enrolls the best into your outreach, ten a day, on its own.
  • ✓Funnels & sites built by AI from a one-line description, on your domain.
  • ✓Forms that drop straight into the pipeline and trigger the follow-up.

Never miss a follow-up

Describe the follow-up in one sentence. It’s running before your coffee’s cold.

  • ✓One inbox for texts, email and call transcripts, organized per contact, in order.
  • Missed-call text-back is coming soon. Once the carriers approve your text number, a call that does go unanswered gets a text back in 30 seconds. The receptionist answers the rest live.
  • ✓Sequences that chase every lead by email until they reply, book, or say no.
Look pro & get paid

From “yes” to paid invoice, on its own.

  • ✓The transcript becomes a priced proposal: scope, line items, terms.
  • ✓The customer opens the proposal, e-signs it (audit trail and signed PDF included), or just says “yes” on a call, and the job books itself. Job done → the invoice emails itself with a pay button, in your colors, on your Stripe.
  • ✓Every deal lives in a pipeline that flags what to chase next, with a forecast of what’s closing this month and a sales-coaching report on every call.
  • ✓Review requests go out the moment the job closes — and every customer gets the same page: a 1–10 score that lands in your dashboard, your public review link, and a box for anything they’d rather tell you privately.

03 · Get found & chosen

Show up first. Look like the obvious pick.

The receptionist answers the phone once someone’s already calling. This is what gets them calling in the first place — and what makes them choose you over the next search result.

Sites, funnels & forms
Built by AI from a one-line description, on your own domain. Forms drop straight into the pipeline and trigger the follow-up.
SEO blog content
An SEO writer on staff drafts articles and money pages built to rank, ready for you to review and publish.
Reviews & reputation
A review funnel asks every customer the same way — score, public review link, private note — AI drafts every reply in your voice, and review insights flag what customers keep bringing up.
Local rank tracking
A GEO auditor checks your site and listings so both customers and AI search find you first. The geo-grid map shows where you actually rank around town.
Funnel & page audits
A plain-English read on what’s costing you conversions, for any page or funnel you publish.
Ad script ideas
Turn a finished job into an ad you could run tomorrow. AI writes the script straight from the job record — real customer, real work, no invented names or numbers.
Stax — the business brain

One brain behind the whole workforce.

Stax learns your business — your website, your services, your tone — then keeps learning from every call, message, and campaign you run. Tell him what you want in plain English; he briefs the right specialists and hands you the finished work.

  • ✓A brain that compounds — every call, message, and correction feeds the next one; teach him something once and every agent knows it.
  • ✓17 AI employees, 7 builders — he drafts your social calendar, writes and launches outreach sequences, saves marketing plans as team tasks, and delegates the rest.
  • ✓One sentence in, finished work out — sites, funnels, workflows, proposals, articles.
  • ✓Voice-DNA studies how you actually write and matches it in every draft — and any trigger (a form, a missed call, a review) can fire an automation or a webhook out to another tool.
N“Stax — follow up with everyone we missed yesterday, and get me a proposal for Meridian Plumbing.”

Most of the roster is on every plan. The Social Media Manager, the review funnel, and the web-designer tools (per-site SEO) need the Starter plan ($125/mo) or higher. On Starter, Stax writes and queues the posts; on Professional and Agency they publish to LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram through your own Unipile account, which Unipile bills you for separately.

05 · See the money

Know what the business is making — and where it’s going.

Invoices go out branded and get paid. Retainers bill themselves. And instead of building a spreadsheet, you just ask Stax for the report.

Branded invoices
Your logo, your colors, your name. A pay button goes out the second a job’s marked done.
Recurring billing
Set it once for retainers and maintenance plans; Stripe bills the customer automatically, every cycle.
Ad-math advisor
Tells you, in plain dollars, whether a $500 ad brought back more than $500 in booked work, and what each lead and each booked job actually costs you.
AI custom report builder
Describe the report you want in plain English. It gets built. No spreadsheet, no analyst on payroll.
Monthly client reports
Agencies get a branded PDF report generated for every client, every month, on its own.
The missed-call math

Put a dollar figure on your missed calls.

Three numbers you already know — the calls you miss in a week, what an average job pays, and how many quotes you win. The math does the rest.

Left on the table every month
$3,897
5 missed/wk × 4.33 wks × $600 × 30% close
What it takes to answer them: about 66 voice minutes a month — 22 calls at 3 minutes each. Launch includes 45 minutes at $30/mo, so at this volume you either add minute packs (100 for $24, bought when you choose) or move up to Starter at $125/mo, which includes 250.

One owner-tested play a week, built around numbers like yours. Unsubscribe anytime.

06 · Run an agency on it

Run every client on one platform — then resell it as your own.

Your brand. Your subdomain. Your Stripe. Your price. Sub-accounts per client, wholesale usage at posted per-unit rates. You keep the spread.

  • ✓Clone & snapshots: build a client account once, then deploy the same site, funnels, and automations to every new client.
  • ✓Move a client off GoHighLevel with the one-time migration importer, bringing their data over, not their bill.
  • ✓Granular permissions per user, plus a branded monthly report for every client, automatically.

The short version: the AI staff is 17 employees, the receptionist among them, and they come with the plan rather than as a usage add-on. Fifteen are on Launch at $30/mo; the Social Media Manager, the review funnel and the web-designer tools start on Starter at $125. On Starter the Social Media Manager writes and queues posts; publishing them to your networks needs Professional or Agency and your own Unipile account. GoHighLevel bills AI per location, and HubSpot doesn’t build voice AI in at all. Our white-label runs on your own Stripe, and the bill stays flat as you grow.
ABOUT THAT RANGE: $380–580/mo is the all-in bill for one AI-forward business on GoHighLevel: the $297 Unlimited plan, the AI Employee add-on at $97 per location, and metered SMS, calls, email and premium workflow actions, which their own pricing docs put at $20–$150+/mo for an active account. It’s a range, not a formula, because the meter is what moves. Both ends are set low on purpose. The cheapest AI-forward setup lists at $297 + $97 = $394, and white-label lists higher again at $497 + $97 = $594, so a white-label build starts above this range rather than inside it. Do the arithmetic yourself and our figure should come in under their invoice, never over. HubSpot is Marketing Pro at $890 plus seats. Ours is the $355 Professional plan, AI included.
