The best Vendasta alternative depends on what you actually use it for: GoHighLevel or DashClicks if you want an agency platform without a spend minimum, AgencyAnalytics if you mainly send clients reports, BrightLocal or Synup if it’s listings and reviews, and Stack Space if your clients need their phones answered. Vendasta itself charges a $0 subscription but requires $99 to $999 a month of wholesale spend, on a 1-year contract from the Professional tier up. Below: Vendasta’s current terms, the alternatives with prices from their own pages, and which one fits which agency, as of October 2026.

We build one of the alternatives, so weigh our bias accordingly. Every competitor price links to that company’s own pricing page.

What does Vendasta cost?

From Vendasta’s pricing page, October 2026:

Tier Monthly minimum Term Team seats Branding
Starter $99 of wholesale spend Monthly, no contract 1 (extra $30 each) Co-branded with Vendasta
Professional $499 1 year 5 (extra $35 each) White-label client portal
Premium $999 1 year 10 (extra $65 each) Multi-location client portal
Custom Enterprise Volume pricing by quote 1 year Custom Custom

The subscription fee is $0; what you commit to is spend. Each dollar spent on Vendasta’s own products (Conversations AI, Reputation AI, Social Marketing, Local SEO and others) comes off the minimum. Three rules catch people out:

  • Third-party Marketplace products don’t count. Vendasta’s FAQ says “purchases of third-party products do not count toward your monthly minimum.”
  • Unused spend doesn’t roll over. The minimum “resets each billing cycle” and “does not carry forward.”
  • Seats bill on use. Extra team seats are charged if a team member views a page in Vendasta within a 90-day period. Your clients get unlimited users in their portal.

One correction to pages that rank for this search: several say Vendasta charges onboarding fees of $500 or more. Vendasta’s own FAQ says “there are no platform onboarding fees, setup costs, or activation charges”; its setup packages are optional add-ons. (Custom Enterprise does list an activation fee.) Vendasta also offers a 14-day free trial. Our Stack Space vs Vendasta page has the full breakdown.

Why do agencies look for a Vendasta alternative?

Four reasons come up, and they point to different replacements:

  1. The commitment. White-label starts on Professional, which means a $499 monthly minimum for a year. A two-client agency may not spend that.
  2. The marketplace model. Vendasta is strongest when you resell its catalog. If you mostly resell third-party products or your own services, that spend doesn’t reduce the minimum.
  3. You only use one part. Many agencies use Vendasta for reports, or listings and reviews, and pay for a platform around it.
  4. You want the AI in the price. Vendasta’s Conversations AI answers chat on its Standard tier, adds AI texting and missed-call text-back on Pro, and adds phone calls only on Premium: a product you buy per client, which counts toward your minimum. If your clients mostly need their phones answered, a platform where the receptionist costs only the minutes it uses can cost less.

Hear the receptionist take a real call — it rings your phone in about a minute.

Vendasta alternatives compared (published prices, October 2026)

Tool Starting price Contract White-label Best for
Vendasta $0 + $99–$999/mo spend minimum Monthly on Starter; 1 year from Professional From Professional Reselling a big catalog of marketing products
GoHighLevel $97 / $297 / $497 a month Month to month Yes; SaaS Mode on $497 An all-in-one agency platform with a large ecosystem
DashClicks $199/mo, or $1,788 a year Cancel any time Yes, platform and fulfillment White-label done-for-you services without a minimum
AgencyAnalytics $20 per client a month, billed annually Monthly or annual White-label client portal included Client reporting only
BrightLocal $41 / $54 / $65 a month for 1 location Cancel any time Branded tools and reports Local SEO, listings and review data
Synup $49 (1 location) to $899 (50) a month Monthly From Premium ($299) White-label listings and reputation by location
Birdeye Quote only “One platform, one contract” Not listed Reviews for multi-location businesses
Stack Space $30 / $125 / $355 / $800 a month Monthly; cancel in the app From Professional ($355) Agencies whose clients need calls answered, booked and invoiced

GoHighLevel’s AI Employee is extra: $50 or $97 a month per sub-account, and “Phone System charges still apply to all phone calls regardless of plan” (GoHighLevel’s AI pricing article, modified October 2026). BrightLocal’s prices rise with the number of locations; annual billing lowers them to $31, $40 and $49.

A worked month for an agency with five clients that each need about 200 minutes of call answering: on Stack Space that’s Professional at $355, plus 5 × 200 minutes at 30¢ ($300), plus a $5 phone line per client ($25), so $680 a month with no commitment. On GoHighLevel it’s Unlimited at $297 plus 5 × $97 for the AI Employee, $782 a month plus phone charges. On Vendasta, white-label means Professional’s $499 monthly minimum for 12 months, spent on products you resell, with phone-call voice on Conversations AI Premium.

Which Vendasta alternative fits your agency?

If the contract and minimum are the problem: GoHighLevel or DashClicks. GoHighLevel runs month to month, with unlimited sub-accounts from $297 and reselling under your own price on $497. It costs more once AI and usage are added; our GoHighLevel pricing breakdown does the math, and Vendasta vs GoHighLevel compares the two directly. DashClicks is a flat $199 a month with unlimited users and sub-accounts, and its white-label fulfillment center is the closest match to Vendasta’s done-for-you services, with no spend commitment.

If you mostly send reports: AgencyAnalytics. You pay per client, the white-label portal is included with every client, and you don’t carry a platform you barely use.

If it’s listings and reviews: BrightLocal or Synup. BrightLocal is the cheaper route to local-SEO data. Synup is built to be resold, with white-label from its $299 Premium plan. If reviews are the whole job for one business, our Birdeye alternatives post covers that market.

If your clients’ customers call: Stack Space or GoHighLevel. GoHighLevel’s AI Employee answers calls for $50 to $97 a month per sub-account plus phone charges. On Stack Space every client sub-account can run the receptionist with no per-sub-account fee: you add a $5-a-month phone line for each client and pay the minutes it uses at 30¢ wholesale (a 200-minute client is $65).

Where Stack Space fits

Stack Space is a CRM with an AI receptionist built in, sold at one flat monthly price. For each client, the receptionist Stax trains answers the phone 24/7 (you pay each client’s minutes at wholesale; your own plan’s minutes cover your own line), books onto the calendar built into Stack Space (Outlook sync available), and saves the transcript to the contact. From the same record go the estimate, the invoice and the review request, and missed-call text-back when it’s switched on.

For agencies, white-label starts on the $355 Professional plan: your brand on a subdomain of ours, client sub-accounts you switch between, and billing through your own Stripe at a retail price you set. You pay each client sub-account’s usage at posted wholesale rates (voice 30¢ a minute, texts 3¢, AI actions 2¢) plus $5 a month for each client’s phone line, with no per-sub-account fee and no spend minimum. Plans run month to month and you cancel in the app. There’s no free trial; you can hear the receptionist answer a call before you pay.

Where Vendasta is stronger: a large marketplace of products and done-for-you services to resell, listings management, and years of agency track record. We don’t sell a marketplace, and we’re new. If your business is reselling a catalog, Vendasta or DashClicks fits better. More on the model in white-label CRM and how to resell marketing services.

How to move off Vendasta

  1. Check your contract end date. Professional and Premium are 1-year terms; contracted plans cancel through your account manager or support, and Starter cancels by form at least 48 hours before renewal.
  2. List what each client actually uses (reports, listings, reviews, ads, websites) and price only those in the replacement.
  3. Export client contacts and reports before the account closes.
  4. Move one client first and run both for a billing cycle, so nothing a client pays for stops working.

FAQ

What are the best Vendasta alternatives?

GoHighLevel and DashClicks for an agency platform without a spend minimum, AgencyAnalytics for reporting, BrightLocal and Synup for listings and reviews, and Stack Space if your clients need an AI receptionist with booking and invoicing. Each fits a different reason for leaving.

How much does Vendasta cost per month?

Vendasta’s subscription is $0, with a monthly minimum of wholesale spend: $99 on Starter (co-branded, no contract), $499 on Professional and $999 on Premium (both white-label, 1-year contract), per its pricing page in October 2026. Extra team seats are $30 to $65 each.

Does Vendasta charge an onboarding fee?

Its pricing FAQ says there are “no platform onboarding fees, setup costs, or activation charges”; setup help is sold as an optional add-on. Custom Enterprise lists an activation fee.

Is Vendasta a CRM?

But Vendasta is built as a platform for reselling marketing products to local businesses, so compare it with an all-in-one CRM if your clients need calls, bookings and invoices in one place.

Yes. Vendasta lists an AI Receptionist among its AI employees, and phone-call voice comes with the Premium tier of Conversations AI, a product bought per client that counts toward the platform minimum.

Vendasta vs DashClicks: which is cheaper?

DashClicks is $199 a month flat with no minimum. Vendasta’s white-label tiers commit you to $499 or $999 a month of spend for a year, though that spend is on products you resell. Which is cheaper depends on how much you resell.
